I ordered a HDD for a server. There ended up being an issue with the drive sent. They worked with me to get the new drive out and return the other drive. Everything worked out in the end. It took a little longer than I expected, but communication was good. The correct HDD is working great and happy with the price I paid compared to other sites.

Purchased an HP printer, paid over $900 for a "refurbished" printer. It was delivered damaged, parts missing and not in working condition. I received a used printer that wasn't even tested before it was shipped. Contacted customer service and spoke to Daniel. They company issued a refund and apologized profusely. I feel the printer should have been tested prior to shipping and for that reason I can not give them 5 stars.

I received the printer and it was packaged well. But when I tried to copy it wasn't printing black. And the red ink will not print at all. On 1/07/ 26 I received the replacement printer and this one works. They shipped it from Idaho Falls ID to Auburn NY. So Daniel was serious about getting a replacement to me. And in the package was a print quality report which I copied as soon as the printer was set up. I am happy with the results.

Great communication and follow up. Refurbed units didn't come with all the cables required to connect batteries but was not an issue given that we had the units that were being replaced still and they had the cables we needed. Good price and excellent shipping time.
