We regularly receive shipments of both new and refurbished items, especially for EOL (end-of-life) parts, which are commonly requested by our business clients. For this reason, many listings reflect availability in multiple conditions. So, To avoid confusion, we do not list the same part number multiple times in different conditions. Instead, we clarify the condition during the order process or when a customer inquires—ensuring we only sell what we accurately represent. No Customer will have the Item in a condition that was not informed prior to shipping. That's against our values. Your review is unfair. You purchased an EOL item, and the unit was damaged during shipping. We immediately sent a replacement, which was tested, but you claimed it wasn’t working. We understand your frustration, but we made multiple attempts to contact you through emails, calls and voicemails, with no response. We are open to discussing this with you directly. Leaving a review without reaching out to us is unjust to our business, which has been serving clients with integrity for the past three years.
