Care about customer. Great comunicators! Did not try to sell me a product I couldn’t afford. Love my printer - just what I wanted. I just took a risk with a company I knew nothing about. I would definitely recommend to any one. Nice, nice guys!

Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. The parts came on time and were in perfect working order. I asked for expedited shipping, and it was in my hands 2 days later. They were in constant communication with me during the process.

I was able to source a unique power supply for my old server pc through New Town. They tested the unit prior to sending it out and even verified it was the correct part. It works great and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Highly recommend!
