After I placed my order, New Town Spares reached out to me to make sure the part I ordered was the correct one and that I was aware it was a refurb. I see that as great customer communcation and service. The item arrived quickly, in less than one week... and there was a holiday in the middle. Product (Adaptec maxcache battery) works as hoped and expected. MaxView shows and estimated life of 4 years, 7 months and it charged to 100% quickly.

Received a refurbished power supply for a Lenovo P700 workstation. Looked brand new and works great. Would definitely use New Town Spares for server and workstation parts in the future.
