Product has worked so far in the time of being installed. Thought it was good to hear from Ryan on informing me of the product being refurbished, not noted or noticed in purchase. I was surprised that the product didn’t come with a new power cord/supply. Luckily I still had the power cord from the one being replaced and in working condition.

They have what I need and ship quick. You need to chat with them directly to verify legacy drives are new or refurb.

I was quite eager for the item. Newtown was delayed 1 day, but they have made good to me and I find them to be reputable and responsive to customer needs.

I assumed that these were new HP brand drives, but what I received were used HGST brand drives. I have gone back and looked at my order and can not find anywhere that these were used. The company did reach out to me informing me that they were indeed refurbished. But it should been clear on the website that these were not new.

The first item shipped was the wrong item, the second shipment made it right. Shipping time was a little long, but the item quality and price was right.

I ordered a laptop drive and before it shipped they contacted me to let me know it was a refurbished one. I was going to cancel since the website didn't mention that and I didn't want to gamble but they assured me it had been tested so I agreed. When it arrived, I tested it and it was in almost new condition. Great-big saving! So, good customer contact, fast shipping and even a quick delivery confirmation. I'm deducting a star since the drive wasn't marked as a referb but the rest was all good.

I purchased items listed but was told they were actually out of stock. However, I was given replacements that are supposed to be better than what I purchased and at the same price. The attention to my purchase and replacements was very fast and professional.
