Kevin was very pleasant to work with and provided excellent customer service. Their team had the obsolete motherboards we needed and turned around quotes quickly. We also had a slight issue with the website, and Kevin resolved it right away and made sure the refund was processed the same day. Overall, a very positive experience.

Excellent service, and fast turnaround. I had a problem with a streaming device that provided OTA tv signals. Based upon what it was doing, I figured it to be a hard drive issue. I order it, (best price on the market, well within my budget). It was one of those things that if it didn’t work out, then I didn’t lose much. It turned out that it didn’t work, because the device didn’t want to format it even though they are the same exact part. Go figure. The good news is that I did get the original drive to reformat and is working again. So all is not lost or wasted.

Kevin was able to get me information on the part needed for my customer. He communicated clearly about what was needed to fulfill the order and got my order coming quickly.
