NEW TOWN SPARESReviews of newtownspares.com

Best price, and fast service. Very friendly people to deal with.

Very attentive, I like their level of commitment to the customer, I would buy again without hesitation.

Exceptional service. It is rare to receive such customized and white glove service from a businesses today. Kevin from New Town Spares did so much to help my confidence in making a large purchase. He communicated with me every step of the way and was very transparent. When getting the order together was delayed he paid to have it overnight shipped to me without any additional cost. Nobody does that... I would buy from New Town Spares again without hesitation.

New Town Spares offered very competitive pricing on the item I needed and the biggest surprise and what I appreciated was the constant communication with the status of the order and a genuine outreach to make sure that I was informed and satisfied with their service. You really don't see or find that with many companies today due to automation of customer support functions. I really did appreciate the personal human touch!

They helped me with my purchase and the shipping of my product. Very satisfied.

Their customer support team is fantastic. Inadvertently I ordered hard drives that were discontinued and they immediately found me comparable units to what I had initially and at a great price. Definitely would do business with them again!

I really like how they confirmed that I understood was receiving used goods. They also confirmed the usage report from the drives/

Quick ship, product in great condition.
