I needed a couple of replacement 4 TB Seagate drives and I came across this company, New Town Spares, that had a very large assortment of new, open box and used drives. I checked their inventory list and found what I thought to be SATA drives but were in reality SAS drives. That designation was something I had not heard of since I retired from a company that mostly used NAS and DAS systems. Once the drives arrived I found that I had made a big mistake of not reading the description thoroughly and tried to find some kind of adapter to transition from to SAS to SATA. I found this kind of adapter at a company in Hong Kong, through Amazon. It took several weeks to receive these adapters and they were exactly what they stated to be, SAS to SATA but I didn't have any kind of controller board to be able to use them. I'm just playing around with a small PC with a couple of RAIDs as a hobby not an Enterprise type of system. I had several calls with Daniel Eriston who was very patient with me. Finally He had the correct type of drives that I actually needed and we made a swap and I now have the exact type of drives I need. Thanks to Daniel and New Town Spares for putting me out of my misery and now I can go about playing with my system.

Had a problem with the printer purchased, they were very helpful in getting the problem correct and taken care of. Printer is working great now. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Needed DVD/CD for some of our older production machines and NTS had the stock and reasonably priced. They turned around the order quickly and had us back online with minimum downtime. Great to do business with them

Ryan and Ethan were very communicative, ensuring that what I was ordering (as I am not a techy) was exactly what I needed. They confirmed the harddrive was compatible with the one that died, and sent it for on-time delivery. Just had it installed with a basic operating system, and now with Microsoft 365 Family, am downloading all the apps I need. Very happy for my first-time computer part ordering.
