Information was passed and when New Town Spares discovered a Problem with my order they informed me of options so that I could make a decision in a very timely manner. Daniel Eriston even checked to make sure once I received my product that I was able to install it and that it was working as designed.

Got the ssd I needed for a great price. Wasn't new but was half as much. Worked for the laptop I needed it for.

I happened upon the Newtown Spares website from an Ebay link, and saw an SSD hard drive I wanted. I asked a question to what I thought was a "Bot", but turned out to be a very Kind & Patient Human Technician named Noah Walker that cleared up my questions which led to my purchase of a Samsung 850 Pro SSD Drive.
