I used the chat feature on their website and it didn't feel like an AI ! I was able to ask questions and confirm details about the item I wanted. When I ordered online, it shipped quickly. The company's customer service clearly is working to make sure clients are satisfied, which is refreshing, but I would actually say they sent too many update/check-in emails.

Newtown was incredibly responsive to concerns via customer service. Fast shipping. Staff was knowledgeable about the parts they sent, was able to answer a rather esoteric question about the variation of the motherboard I purchased. I want to give 4.5 stars, because a non-critical component of the board is not functional, but they offered a discount on future orders to make up for it. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

I received the correct replacement hard drive, but delivering the order took a long time. Time from ordering to delivery was approximately 10 days. This is not New Town Spares fault, since I elected free shipping and the USPS free ship is apparently quite slow. The replacement drive works fine, and is in fact in the compute I'm writing this on. Good communication from New Town on this order.
