I am very glad that I was able to attend the seminar on How To Get Released From Your Timeshare. The Newton Group had a presentation and I went and it was very helpful to me what they were saying in the presentation. Also the Agent was very much informed about Timeshares and he presented the presentation to us and we understood exactly what we needed to do to enable us to be financially rid of the Timeshare. I was very much surprised when I got the call today, (October 28, 2020) stating I no longer had a timeshare everything had been taken care of. It was by the grace of God that I waited until I found the right group to handle my case and they did and I am very appreciative to what the outcome was. They had control of the situation and they did not bother me unless it was really necessary to get information from me. I thank them again for doing this for me and anyone who need help with their timeshare take a look at the Newton Group.

We contacted the Newton Group when we decided that we would not be using our timeshare any longer. After speaking to some Newton references, we decided they were the company that would help achieve our objectives. Our phone conversations early on were informative and very professional. The follow up calls kept us abreast of the status of their activities. Although the process was lengthy as they said it would be, they successfully delivered on their commitment to us. I would highly recommend the Newton Group.

The handling of this timeshare exit went pretty much as described in the presentation I went to in June 2019. By the middle of September, everything requested was received by the Newton Group and sent to the closing company. That is when progress got bogged down (as advertised in the presentation) where the presenter said that the timeshare probably would take a long time returning their OK to cancel the timeshare. They, in fact, took 6 months and during that time, everyone was at their mercy. At that time, COVID-19 became a household term, and it is what I believe extended the closing out to another 6 months. But last week we received the long anticipated phone call stating that the timeshare was cancelled. We are very happy that day has finally come and appreciate all the efforts that have been made on our behalf. I will not hesitate to recommend Newton Group if I meet someone who is in our now past situation.

Newton Group did help me cancel my timeshare membership. It's a great financial burden lifted, which I appreciate. It took awhile, and wasn't inexpensive, but that expense will be recouped quickly from no longer having maintenance and membership fees from a membership I could no longer use. I truly appreciate the people at Newton Group for their guidance.

Excellence. That is the only word I can use to describe Newton Group. When we hired them to rid us of our timeshare they made several promises. They kept them all. The corona virus interrupted the process but we are now free of a $700 plus a year payment for something we could never use except in "off" times. Recommend them to make you happy as we are.

Cons: I wish it would have been explained more thoroughly, from the beginning. We didn't realize we'd be paying out as much as we did and that it could take as long as it did. Just that everyone's case is different. A best case/worse case scenario would have given a little relief. I also feel like we should have more routine updates, without calling throughout. Pros: I do think everyone was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone did answer our questions in a way that we could understand. Everyone got back to us when we reached out in a very reasonable timeframe. We are finally out of the ordeal & very relieved. Thanks Newton and associates!
