Great job, unfortunately COVID interrupted the process so it was longer Than usual.

The Newton Group Told me in our initial meeting what they were able to do for me, that is break the grip that my resort had over me. The Newton Group was very professional and honest. They walked us through the entire process and kept us up to date on the progress. In the beginning, they told us it could take anywhere from 6 months to a year to finalize the transaction. We were relieved from the timeshare contract in exactly 6 months. Rosie Montoya called us every 2-3 weeks to advise us of the progress. She was very friendly, professional and kind. I am very relieved and happy to no longer own a Timeshare. My Timeshare property was slowly going downhill as they did not maintain it well but they kept raising the annual dues. I am grateful to Newton Group for getting this property transferred out of my name.

We are very satisfied with the Newton Group and the settlement we got with the timeshare company, we did owe a lot of money on points and the maintenance kept going up with big steps every year. They kept us informed periodically, which made us more comfortable. It did take quite awhile to get a settlement but they did finally accept my counteroffer which we feel was very reasonable.
