We began the process of extricating ourselves from a vacation share membership in mid January 2021. The reviews of Newton Group looked positive and seemed to predict a 4 or 5 month timeline. In our case it took about 6 months. We were recently informed that we were successful in our efforts and have transferred our membership. Newton Group's service was adequate.

Great service, they contacted me when needed. Completed my contract in much less time than In expected.

I was impressed with the attention that the Newton Group gave my case. Every thing was explained in detail and I was provided with possible and probable outcomes. Such as length of time to get through the process and what the timeshare company may offer or demand. Due to the Coved shut downs and limited personnel, communication with the timeshare company was very slow. The timeshare co. Had shut down all of its vacation locations ( over 100 of them) to members. But of course the maintenance fees and ownership payments continued month after month. So with that going on I'm sure a large number of members was seeking an exit plan. With this happening the timeshare co. Set some kind of exit lottery where they would only negotiate with a set number of requests per month and only with the owners whos names came up in the month. My name never came up for a negotiation. Due to some medical issues incurred by my self and my wife the Newton Groups contracted legal firm was able to work out a settlement that would not penalize me and closed the contract out with an equitable agreement. My communications with Newton Group and the Law offices was consistently month by month. As I mentioned before The Coved shut down both limited the work that could be done and the timeshare co. blocking exit requests making the prosses stretch over a 10 month time frame. I am happy with the effort and time spent getting it done right. My budget is over 400 dollars a month better for the work done. I would recommend Newton Group to any one wanting to break the ties with timeshare contracts. Nolan Getsinger "FREE AT LAST" after 20 years of timeshare membership.

I would definitely recommend Newton Group. On the "Pros" side: Working with Newton Group has been great. They were up front on the costs, how long it would take to get out of our timeshare and what was needed. They explained the process and called every once in a while to give a updates. The transfer closed a little earlier than they promised! On the "Cons" side: it was a bit pricey. But for us, that was offset by their reputation. I did a lot of research prior to committing with them and there are a LOT of shady operators out there. The extra cost was worth it for us.

Our experience with The Newton Group was excellent. They stood behind their word. We were able to exit our timeshare with little hassle. They undertook the task and succeeded. The time frame for this didn't move as fast as we had hoped, but we were reassured along the way that it was normal for exiting a timeshare. Thank you for your dedication to work. Forever grateful.

So very pleased and thankful we chose the Newton Group to help in getting out of our timeshare. I have no doubt, if not for COVID, we would have been done so much sooner, however, all our dealings with individuals from Newton were very professional, and in the long run, our expectations were met.
