In July of 2020 I contacted the Newton Group to transfer my time share at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Beach in Mexico (Mazatlan). The representative said it would take between 1.5 and 2 years to make the transfer. It was successfully completed in 21 months with no further financial obligations on my part. I am most pleased with the result.

Even though the process took what we feel was a long time, due to the pandemic which was no fault on your end, those things happen, we feel that the Newton Group and DC Capital Law did a fantastic job in getting us out of our contract with our timeshare. We would be happy to recommend you to anyone we know who is looking to be "free" of their timeshare.

Had good help from the Newton Group people in getting rid of my 2 timeshares. It took a while and a little expensive, which I had a feeling it might be. Took about 6 or7 months to go through all the paperwork on both the Newton Group side and the resort side.
