Newtek has been a part of Poder for a long time, but until recently, I have learned about what they have to offer. Lisa Meservey and Samantha Razcon are always incredibly helpful in answering questions and taking calls to explore how we can strengthen our partnership. The superstar of Newtek, though, Lisa Meservey, has been of the utmost help in all areas. As I transitioned into this new position last August and had a lot to learn, Lisa never failed to answer a question or return a call to help. There were numerous times when I had to make a quick edit or needed support in writing manual checks for staff with a quick turnaround, and Lisa did provide all of the support I needed efficiently. I hope Newtek knows how much of an asset and gem Lisa is to Newtek and to Poder in Action's community.
