I love Newtek! Been with them for years. I came from ADP and have had no regrets!! My current payroll specialist is Lisa Meservey. She is amazing! Definitely knows her stuff. If she doesn’t know, she gets back to me in a timely fashion with accurate info Always notifies me ahead of time when she’s out of office and who to contact if she is. What more could anyone ask for? I have had zero issues since she has been taking care of my company. I hope she can stay with me through my entire career.

I have been working with Newtek for a few years now. In my opinion, what separates them from others is their customer service. Whenever I have a question, or need assistance, they are always there to help. I have had the pleasure of having Justine Dominguez as my main point of contact. She has been nothing short of spectacular. She is extremely responsive and helpful, with everything I need. Her customer service is a perfect 10/10. I couldn't be happier having her work on my business.

Super great customer service, quick and easy.

Gretchen was very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you

The process was easy and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Newtek to any business associates.

Shannon is always on top of our stuff and makes it easy to communicate with her. She always provides exceptional customer service every time I reach out no matter how big or small my requests are. Thank you Shannon for making it painless and always being so patient.

Dean Zax, who is VP of Insurance Services for Newtek Insurance, worked with our company to structure the perfect business commercial and general liability coverage. He is a great resource, knowledgeable, responsive, professional. His focus is always on the right solution for the client, and he works hard to understand our needs and objectives and then develops an optimal approach. We have turned to him many times for just his thoughts on business strategy, risk management, and personnel development, so his contributions have far exceeded just insurance. He and his organization have become valued members of our own team, offering insights and perspectives we couldn't get anywhere else.

I had an amazing experience with Juan. what stood out most was his service. he answered every email and call.
