Gretchen was great and answered all of my questions!

Donna Andrews did a great job to oversee all aspects of our company and personal needs to get a complex deal done. I highly recommend her and the companies ability to see a project to a successful completion.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Priyanka Spencer, for the outstanding support she provided. I was very frustrated with the card processing company I was dealing with, and I expressed my concerns to her while she was handling my payroll processing. Instead of simply acknowledging the issue, Priyanka went above and beyond to help. She informed me that her company also offers card processing services and then spent several days helping me get in touch with the right people to resolve my situation. Thanks to her dedication, patience, and professionalism, everything is now handled under one company (Newtek), and the process has become much easier and more efficient for me. I truly appreciate the extra effort she put in to make sure things were taken care of properly. It’s rare to find someone who is willing to go the extra mile for their clients, and Priyanka did exactly that. I highly recommend her and appreciate the excellent service she provides behalf of Newtek!

Shanna has been amazing and so helpful. She was patient, explained every detail, and confirmed I understood the process to manage my new virtual terminal for processing payments for my small business. I would highly recommend Newtek One. Thank you again!

Alex was super helpful and walked me through exactly what I needed to do.

Gretchen was very helpful and resourceful, even when the phone lines were acting up. Thank you for all your help!

Jamie is a pleasure. Always so helpful. Everyone that I have dealt with in the payroll department, taxes, etc. have been excellent.
