Gretchen was super friendly in addition to being very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, and I feel very comfortable using the Gateway now. She took what could have been a dry orientation to an enjoyable time.

Very easy instructions and very easy setup with virtual credit card terminal. Gretchen was very helpful and efficient. Newtek is a great bank to work with from Banking to Lending, and even to Merchant services. I am very pleased with everyone there.

Gretchen from Newtek reached out to our Buisnes to help us get started. She was very helpful and walked me through the device setup process. She even took time to run a test transaction to confirm the the clover device was working properly and funds would go to our Buisnes account. Afterwards, she was courteous enough if we had any questions about the clover device, clover App or the Newtek Dashboard. I had a few questions on how to make a transaction by phone when a customer provides the credit card information. She was beyond helpful and patient with me as I navigate thru all the new websites our Buisnes will need to know how to maneuver on a daily basis. Gretchen Thank you for your Great Customer Service!
