Customer Service was great. Daybelis was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made a transfer experience an easy process. My time with Newtek has all been positive and would highly recommend them.

Jeni is an amazing representative. In every ocasión I had the need to contact Newtek, she has outshine her normal duties and provided exceptional customer service.

Great customer service

Thank You for Outstanding Customer Service Hi Newtek Team, I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. I've dealt with a lot of banks over the years, and I can honestly say Newtek has provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. Every person I've spoken, emailed, messaged, video called and chatted with has been friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping solve the problem—not just getting me off the phone. What's amazed me most is the level of expertise. Your Customer Experience representatives know more than many escalation teams I've dealt with at other major financial institutions. It's like your first line of support is what most companies would consider their third-level support. Everyone - most recently the wondeful Daybelis - has been prompt, patient, and willing to stay with an issue until it's resolved. That's become pretty rare these days. I wanted to make sure you know how much I appreciate the people you've hired and the culture you've built. Please pass my thanks along to everyone involved. They've made me feel like a valued customer, and that's one of the biggest reasons I'm so happy I chose Newtek. Keep doing what you're doing. It's truly exceptional. Warm regards, Stan

Katie was very helpful in assisting me in adding Beneficiaries to my Newtek accounts. prompt and informative messages!

Katie on the Client Service team was so forthcoming with the information that I had requested so that it makes it easy to decide what I want to do with my accounts. Her response was quick and easy to understand.

I was placed on a waiting list to open a new personal high yield savings account 10 days ago. I called Newtek Digital banking and spoke to Katie H. She was extremely helpful and helped me open my account today. Great job Katie!
