After 3 days of dismal ⭐️1-star experiences with Newtek's online help (chatbox), I am eager to give Jakira a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5-star rating! Other reps seemed poorly trained, and supplied vague, confusing replies. Jakira was prompt, succinct, attentive. She should be a trainer for the inadequate reps.
