I am a big fan of Newtek Bank. Other than their standard setting products, their customer service is second to none. Tanya Bethea is my customer service rep and I have worked with none better. Keep up the amazing work Tanya and team and thank you as always.

Newtek Bank with it's customer service and offerings are great! My reps Aniseko and Marcia were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Marcia Luke Ms. Marcia was kind, efficient, and professional, and showed me a lot of care when she was helping me. It was a blessing to know she took her time with me to complete a wire transfer, which allowed me to feel comfortable working with her and realize I was in good hands. Thank you again! I look forward in working with Ms. Marcia again!

Ann Adams was incredible. Quick, easy, and efficient.

She is truly a genuine pleasure any time I need assistance, and she is an utmost asset & essential employee to both Newtek Bank & their clients. Many Thanks Tanya! JAM

I chatted with Marcia Luke in late January about tax forms. She was able to resolve my issue, provide a timeline for when I'd receive the forms, and confirm she received my request to receive the forms via email. Very helpful and professional!
