Over the last 12 months, I've done a lot of interest chasing. I've dealt with about 8 different institutions. Newtek beat them all hands down in the following areas: 1. Communication; constantly check on my requests and promptly answered my questions. 2. Withdrawal policies: One bank limited my daily withdrawals, taking me 3 days to get the funds I needed. 3. Customer service 4. Promptness of sending funds. Special commendation to Katie Houston WOuld bakc with them in a heartbeat.

My account had to be manually setup. Tanya went above and beyond to help in that process. It took a little longer to get up and running but now everything is smooth.

Marcia is a God send for me. She is soooo helpful, kind & patient with my issues of opening a HYS & future CD Acct.
