Marcia' Luke!!! She was outstading. She responded to my request immediately and sent me details about my request. On Saturday I had additional questions and decided to proceed with a wire transfer after I told her I would not need to wire funds. She resent the Wire instructions and the docusign document over the weekend and let me know she would be available to review the details Monday morning. She confirmed the wire instructions and processed the wire with the NewTek team. She validated my identity and confirmed ALL wire instructions (which I appreciate because I work for a bank and support attention to detail) She also followed up once the wire was completed. Fabulous CS experience. Great job Marcie!

I had very sweet lady Marcia helping me with some account issue and I have only great experience. She was very kind, professional, and helpful, fixed all the problems.

I was notified my cd was maturing in plenty of time to make a decision on what to do with the money. I received reminders in a timely fashion. Katie was the rep who sent me messages and kept me informed about the renewal and how long it would take. She also notified when the renewal was completed.

Mark Squires was so helpful. I was having trouble reopening my account. I am 70 and not tech savvy. I called the customer service line and got Mark. He was very patient, kind and immensely helpful. He explained the process to me. He said as the bank was closed he would send a message to reactivate me but it would be tomorrow and he would call me when done. He did return my call but I missed it but left a message to call back. I did call back and I asked for Mark but a lady answered and she stated she could help me which she did and my account was reactivated. Mark tried again the next day and left a message as was unaware I had been helped the day before. Then he called again today and I told him I was already in my account and he said well I always like to make sure no one is accidentally forgotten. I was so impressed with his kindness, knowledge and perseverance for customer satisfaction and service. Very nice to have people like that with your bank. Makes me happy to do business with you.

Associate Chris Bou was outstanding. This guy deserves a promotion immediately. He walked me through the process of getting my account set up and it was a very fast and seamless process.

I have been very pleased with Newtek Bank. I had a 6mth CD maturing. I just renewed it for a 12 mth CD. I also opened a Savings Account. I was working with them via secure messaging.
