I had a problem logging into my account. I tried too many times with only part of my access. It locked me out. MARK became my hero on the other end of the telephone. He was so patient, understanding of my issue, and helpful. He not only let me into my account, but made sure I could get in several times. Mark is a stellar employee of this bank. People like MARK are the reason my family has so much money with this bank. Thank you, thank you, thank you MARK.

It is so nice to experience this kind of service. People like Katie are few and far between these days unfortunately.

Recently I had gotten locked out of the online banking system for exceeding the password attempts. I clicked on chat figuring I could do some work while I waited for the customer service rep to logon. To my surprise, Christopher had logged on almost immediately and he was on video. WOW! A real live person who I could allow to view my screen and walk me through the process of resetting my password. Christopher made short work of it. He was nothing less than excellent. Top Notch!!

I have opened 2 CD's with Newtek and needed help on both. I was so fortunate to get that help from Marcia Luke. She was not only professional, patient and thoroughly informed on all aspects of the process, but did so with the most cheerful and inspiring attitude of any banking professional I have ever dealt with.
