Newtek BankReviews of newtekbank.com

Ja'kira in North Carolina was simply the best!! Not only did she help me navigate the website and made things simple, she also taught me tips for next time. Great personality and beautiful smile, thank you.

I've been using Newtek Bank for about a year now and they've been wonderful so far. Customer service is attentive and professional. And it's hard to find a better rate for savings! I recently needed to do a wire transfer and their security measures were the best I've ever experienced. Newtek continues to earn my trust and I look forward to moving my business accounts to them.

Katie replied to my request message the next day. Very fast response & assured me my request will be applied to my accounts. I have been with NewTek only about 7 or 8 months but so far every interaction I have had has been very satisfactory! I am very satisfied with NewTek & the people I have dealt with & will continue to remain a customer of NewTek Bank!

I opened an account with Newtek Bank last year for some savings that I needed to keep separate from my other accounts. The experience was very straightforward. Online account opening went smoothly, transfers worked as expected, customer service was always helpful, and the interest rate is higher than most banks currently offer. The app worked reliably, which is a "must" for me. When my legal name changed I sent a secure message and they worked with me to verify my information and make the requested updates without delay. When I later needed to close my account since I no longer had a need for it, I sent another message and that was handled promptly as well. I never had to make a phone call to accomplish anything, which many introverts and tech-savvy individuals may prefer. There was, of course, a phone number available if I had needed help more quickly or wanted to talk to a person directly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Newtek again for future needs.

Amazing bank amazing customer service. If you need an SBA loan, insurance, bank account payroll and other stuff for your business, reach out to them seriously no one pushes for you as much as these amazing people

I am writing in reference to your employees. They have all been helpful but I need to express my thanks to one in particular. His name is Jordan J. Upon opening a cd account I needed help with some problems I encounter. Jordan was not only knowledgeable but so very patient with someone who lacks great online skills. Thankyou

Brandon is GREAT! He showed me exactly what to do, step by step. Very patient and kind.

When opening a few new CD accounts with Newtek Bank, I ran into some issues with my bank's withdraw limits when pulling to fund the new accounts with Newtek Bank, so Biridiana, who is amazing, helped me set up these accounts with Newtek by having the back office team set them up on their side. I have 4 CD accounts with them, and would recommend Newtek to friends and family who are looking to set up accounts with them thanks to Biridiana and team!
