My contact Katie Huston is always assisting promptly and respectfully. I usually do not write reviews but in this case, she is EXCELLENT....and should be rewarded as you do not find this in today's service. Great at her Job! Allan Curtis

OMG! Chris was awesome! I had started an application on a 3rd party website but the information had not transferred over to Newtek bank so they were not aware that I had an application pending and that I had submitted all my docs. After speaking to Chris, he directed me to start an application on Newtek's website--directly with the bank and everything showed up for him. Once I got to the website, he provided me a code and I started a new application, uploaded all my docs, and he was able to see everything. This was a relief because I was in the process of purchasing a SFR and needed my account opened to start communications with closing the deal. Thanks so much for Chris! I am looking forward to a long relationship with this bank because of their outstanding customer service.
