I've had CD and Savings accounts with them for a while. While I chose them for their high quality products (HYSA, CD rates were great), I have also consistently impressed by their level of service and care for their customers. They have been proactive with their communication (shoutout to Ja'Kira!) whenever there was an action or attention needed from me (maturity dates, etc). They've gone above and beyond to accommodate my desired outcomes (on one occasion despite my responses being delayed). Highly recommend them for outstanding service and high quality products.

Newtek Bank makes it easy for me to save money by opening a CD with all sorts of time length options and competitive rates. I was hesitant at first to open the business account with Newtek Bank, even though I was made aware that Anderson Advisers greatly recommended doing so. Since I have great regards for Anderson Adviser, I went ahead and made my application, after successfully opening the first of my three LLC's with Anderson. It was a little struggle completing my first application, due to the stringent security and documentary requirements, but it was for the good, so I proceeded and completed it. At the advice of my advisors at Anderson, I was asked not to mix personal and business transactions to avoid future pitfalls, which I thoroughly understood. So, I opened a personal account, which took a little longer due to the addition of my wife as the joint owner/co-signer. This personal account took about two weeks to complete due to the time lag of sending and responding to secured messages through the Newtek portal. With the successful setup of the personal account, and better interest rate from Newtek Bank, compared to our Credit Union, I finally got relieved of the anguish, and looking forward to future dealings with Newtek Bank.
