Well to be Honest I was drawn in by their CD Rates and Terms But they've Kept me on as a Customer with their Customer Service, Support and Rates. I was Surprised with their Savings Account Interest Rates, when my money from my CD Matured I Gave It Back and never moved it to open my new Savings Account with a Much Better Rate that Any Competitor Anywhere. Great People, Great Support, Service and the Best Rates Anywhere. Trust me I Looked.

I recently became a Newtek online customer in order to take advantage of their HYSA currently paying 4.20% APY. Also, I was very pleased with their "special" 13 month CD at 4.30% APY. When I contacted customer service through their website's secure messaging I received a cordial and quick response from Biridiana, their representative. Great job Newtek!
