They were patient, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the process step by step. All of my experiences with Newtek bank have been 100% customer friendly. I am older and have a difficult time navigating the requirements for log in, etc. Whenever I had customer service on the phone, they were friendly, patient, and stayed with me until I completed my process and had full understanding of what I needed to. I have a CD maturing, but would definitely use the bank services again. My latest experience with Ja'Kira was also 100% customer friendly. She responded to me promptly, explained the requirements in detail, and responded again promptly after I provided the information needed to transfer my CD at maturity. I am very impressed with customer service. My experiences with other banks have been total nightmares! Thank you again for all the customer service agents who were wonderful and top notch.
