Customer support proved once again to be stellar. Had a complex situation with my rental LLC account and the representative stayed with me throughout the call, never rushed the process, very patient, interested in my successful outcome, offered a work-around up-front rather than offer a blockade. The overall experience will allow me to meet my legal obligations. They also have great security for accessing their portal, whereas other firms tend to be lax.

I have always enjoyed interacting with the agents at Newtek finding them to be competent and pleasant. Today's interaction with Kimberly Ponce was a stellar experience! She guided me through an unfamiliar process with patience and humor, making it far less stressful. Even when I made an error that required back office intervention, Kimberly remained calm and helpful. I highly recommend this institution - great rates and even better personnel.

Great online Bank with competitive HYSA rates. Recently I had to use the customer service via phone for a mistake I made and spoke with Ja'Kira. Application process was very reasonable. I contacted support through chat on multiple occasions to clarify a few questions, and 100% of the time they were helpful. Better yet, I was impressed that there were no AI chatbots involved, just real humans who were straight to the point and helpful (a rare occurrence these days). Best of all, there is no mandatory app download required ...like it should be. Good impression so far!
