I just wanted to say that in my opinion, Joanna Baez is one heck of an asset to Newtek Bank. She spent days, hours on me with the patience of an angel. She is extremely professional, yet at the same time literally puts herself, it seems, in your shoes and explains everything, until it's clear to you. She is so very pleasant no matter how hyper one may get, she calms you and reassures you that all will be good. I came in contact with her 9 months ago and I am one happy camper. So happy, in fact, that the CD I was going to withdrawal "in total", I kept with NewTek. Plus, I opened another, thanks all to Joanna and her kindness. She definitely can take conflicting situations and change them completely around, all for her customers. Honestly, I most likely would not be continuing with NewTek, had she not stepped into the picture. Handles things quickly, takes situations seriously and makes sure you end a conversation with her, a happy customer. Managerial staff don't always get the credit they deserve, and I just thought NewTek Bank should know that I greatly appreciate her.

I am a long time Newtek Bank customer. Katie in their Support Team Tier 2 has been excellent to work with. Whenever I email, she always responds efficiently and diligently without any delay. I have requested several things and she has done excellent job in taking care of customers. I highly recommend and appreciate her.

I have had a number of very good and reliable conversations with the customer service at NewtekBank. In particular, I have had two conversations with Mark S. over the last week. He is extremely knowledgable and gives good explanations, does not rush you and is very polite and professional. Most people have had terrible experiences with corporate customer service call centers in the past. It is refreshing to get the support given by NewtekBank and again, to date, I can not complement Mark S. sufficiently. Thank you again Mark.
