Newtek BankReviews of newtekbank.com

Jordan Jackson was very knowledgeable, but more importantly in this instance, was his excellent follow through...which made all the difference. Jordan was also polite and friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. He went the extra mile!

They consistently have great customer service. Amber M. was particularly helpful with a maturity grace period issue.

Customer support was great! Katie helped to add beneficiaries to the accounts I needed.

They were patient with my busy schedule and very helpful throughout the process. Edward Trippett was able to get me approved for more than I thought possible. The process is not overnight financing but it's a good solid supportive company that take time to do things right. They have a set of connections to help run your business smoothly and cost effectively.

I have a CD matured a week ago, which I forgot. I’m very grateful forJa'Kira who not only sent an email to remind me, but also took the time to call me. She’s very kind and professional. I’m happy with her service.

I spoke with Ja'Kira who was a very intelligent and well informed customer service agent. I described my situation and she handled everything in a very professional manner and also explained each step of the process. She kept me as a Customer and the bank should be very proud to have such an excellent representative. From my experience as a business owner, she should be elevated by her supervisors in the company.

Ja'Kira was a great help in assisting me into transferring funds from 3 CDs into 3 new CDs there was a technical mistake on my end and she resolved this quickly and efficiently, she answered all of my questions. I felt relieved after her guidance.

Ja’Kira was professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the details of my account. She answered all questions and ensured my account was secure prior to providing any information. She is excellent. Thank you for the support !
