Newtek BankReviews of newtekbank.com

Jordan Jackson B Garcia and the entire team worked very swiftly and diligently to get my funds transferred to an external account. Kudos times ten for them. While b. Garcia was at lunch her teammates handled my issue and Jordan Jackson took the ball and ran it home the next day. Thanks gals & guys!!

Great response time. Made the whole process go smoothly. Thaks to all.

Customer service was great. Responsive, accurate, and fixed my problem quickly. I hope they keep up these solid standards.

Michael Mann was amazing. I made a mistake regarding my account and needed to get a wire out right away. Mr. Mann walked me through the process and was able to get it expedited.

Ja’Kira was very helpful in sorting out our problems getting our account set up. We are an elderly couple and our problems stemmed from our difficulties with technology and memory lapses. On multiple calls Ja’Kira was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable about fixing our mistakes. We are glad we switched to Newtek.

Edward Trippett did an amazing job explaining the program and keeping us up to date.
