Loved the ease of products n ordering

This w is a very special gift for my family because they just had to put their fur baby to sleep.

Great service

1. I had to customize 4-5 turns to get it right and I’m concerned about one pillow I ordered because the result showed the name you advertise- William, not the name I asked for. I DID see the name I asked for printed (but not on the final copy) so I am hoping you get it right. 2. Your address says Brooklyn; I did not want to wait for these items to come from China, but look at the request you sent for me to fill out a survey- words are improperly divided in the text. It looks suspicious. 3. Until I receive the products, I will not be able to assess the quality, but after the order, I should be looking forward to it. Instead I am worried.

I found the ordering process easy and the company was very helpful w hen i forgot to apply the discount at checkout and they very graciously paid it to me. This is great service. I would definetly recommend them

It was very difficult to order on your website. Your view of my order had the generic pictures, not the custom pics I spent a lot of time on. I spent an hour trying to place my order. Had I not really liked the product, I would have given up.

I bought a personalized pillow cover and cup. The pillow cover was supposed to be 12 x 12 inches. It was 11.25 x 11.75. It did not fit the pillow. Also, the custom printed names were so far down, they could not be read. They were in the fold with the zipper. I was told to start measuring at the 1 not the zero. Not how measuring is done. I was also offered a 10% discount. But then I have products I can't give as gifts. Then they offered to send a new one, sadly it was the same. Also, The cup's writing (ink) was spotty and looked misprinted. I was told that's how it is supposed to be. That was not mentioned on their website. It looks horrible, way to light in some spots. I have pictures if anyone would like to see them.
