I haven't received the ornament yet, but ordering was easy.

#l I thought it was coming out of New York but it came out of China. The main reason I'm not happy is you advertised it was leather mine is some kind of cloth. I don't know how to contact other than this review I would like my money back for false advertisement.

It was very confusing. I was ordering 2 separate personalized pillows. Added 1st one to the cart. Then went to order the 2nd pillow. Added to the cart but it showed up as the sample pillow. Redid it several times with similar results although at some point the picture didn’t match but the verbiage had the correct information. Hopefully the correct pillows arrive.

I ordered a memorial clip with my husband to be's mums photo in it. Product fine however the printed verse that came with was for a dad !! All I wanted was them to reprint the verse with the words mum. They wouldn't do it. I wouldn't order from them again and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Very easy to order and the photo placement is adjustable so it fits the frame perfectly. I bought one for myself and one for a gift.

I designed my item, placed my order and it came in a reasonable time frame and it was exactly what I had ordered. Total success.
