Haven’t received the personalized reading pillows yet, but ordering was easy. Just take your time! And review your order - easy peasy! PS needed one or two more hair styles for boys That’s all!

Well bought something for $29 AU than as I paid for it thru PayPal the price went to $62 US we should be told that before you pay very unhappy hope I don’t get caught again

I ordered a personalized pillow case for a Christmas gift for a family member. Ordering was very easy and the choices for the personalization were great. Can't wait for it to arrive so i can see it. I'm sure i will love it.

I ordered 5 jewellery boxes for…
I ordered 5 jewellery boxes for children, customised with their names and flowers and I experienced extreme difficulty placing the order. The system did not allow a clear path to input requirements for each of the five boxes so I had to keep going back to the beginning to order another box. When ordering the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th boxes, there was nowhere to allow to choose a different colour (other than the first order which was white); therefore all subsequent boxes had to be white also. When I emailed the company straight afterwards, I was told that it would cost $5 to change any of the boxes to a colour. I could not be bothered going to the trouble to change any after finding out that it was going to cost $5 for each change. Thank you
