The ornament was not what is pictured in the picture. I got a lucite ornament instead of a 3d rendition of my picture. Disappointed.

Did not know I was ordering from a foreign country. I will see the quality once received.

Wasn't as pictured in the photo. Wasn't what I expected when I ordered it. I was expecting a 3d ornament not a flat acrylic ornament. Not worth the money.

The ornament definitely doesn’t look like the picture. It’s a flat piece of acrylic with a sublimation picture. The picture looks like a 3D ornament definitely wasn’t expecting what I received not for the price I paid.

I ordered custom golf balls off of newsvips. Immediately after I placed my order, I requested a refund because the item was simply too expensive. I emailed their customer support and they told me that I would receive a full refund no problem. They never ended up giving me my refund and they sent me the golf balls. No one has been answering my emails and I need a refund for the balls because I simply can’t afford them. I have sent them 6 emails and no one has answered me.

Very nice item. My daughter will love the shirt. It will be a really nice present that she will wear and enjoy! Choices were very easy to make. Very easy and helpful.

I found the site to be easy to access and navigate. Item are spelled out in detail so there is no chance of ordering something without have to verify your information.
