It’s been a month since I sent back impressions and still no response from anyone no 3D video, no aligners ..really hope this is not a scam more than 2k was invested in this😫😞😞😞

Complete scam. Their satisfaction guarantee is worthless - if you try to take them up on it you'll be told that your refund window is past regardless of WHY it is past. In my case, it is because I was consistently mislead and told to ignore my misgivings about how poorly the aligners were fitting. They told me to keep going week after week as the aligners continued to fit worse and worse, until they eventually didn't fit at all. Then they tried to charge me more for new impression kits and claimed I hadn't followed treatment instructions even though I had the full record of every email they had sent me telling me to proceed! Now, literally 2+ years into this mess, they are STILL refusing to reimburse me OR take practical steps to actually fixing my teeth. Any impressions I take "look great" when I send them photos but then somehow are unusable when I mail them in. I truly think they are just trying to drag things on until I just give up. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid NewSmile I purchased NewSmile’s Fast Track package in full back in November 2024. It’s now June 2025 — and I still have not received anything. No retainers, no treatment plan, no product — nothing. Despite repeated outreach, the process has been nothing but delayed responses, empty promises, and zero follow-through. To make matters worse, they overcharged my HSA card by $800 and have refused to refund the full amount. Months later, I’m still fighting to get my money back while they continue to offer excuses instead of actual resolutions. This company is disorganized, dishonest, and operates with no accountability. They’re quick to take your payment but fail to deliver any product or service as promised. Save yourself the stress, financial loss, and frustration — avoid NewSmile completely.

Avoid!!! So I ordered my retainers in January. I still haven't got them now in June. They just sent me a partial refund after 5 months of trying to hear back and get it resolved. I paid for the return shipping cause their label didn't work. I spent a month trying to get the 121 they tell you to get before sending back the in-prints (I never got it). I've asked for their business address as advised by citizens advice for my case and they won't tell me. Their phone number also doesn't work. I've sent so many emails and WhatsApps etc and had barely any responses. They just randomly sent me £62 after promising me a refund and apologising last week (only took five months). I asked to cancel my subscription and they only paused it (I believe it's now cancelled after the email last week). I've raised a case with Shopify, Citizens advice, trading standards and my credit card company. But it's only after all this I even got a partial refund for something I never received. Update: they are charging me for the cost of the in-print kit for the braces they never sent, which is why I'm getting the partial refund. They also told me yesterday after five months that the in-prints were wrong. Not true (and they didn't give me the 121 they say you need for them) as they previously told me it was because they were taking work from other closed down aligner companies. It's a scam. If anyone has their business address I would appreciate it, I'm using their distribution centre and their company house address to begin my proceedings, as they won't give me their address. I'm not sure the company house one is real because it's an address you pay for and the financial filings seem way too low. Also ignore the below responses they don't do anything and they know we can't send our order numbers here.

Read the reviews, so I was skeptical. Opted to get the $25 impression kits so I could test out the company. The trays did not fit, so I asked for a larger tray. They charged me $10 for that. I already paid $25 for the kits, but I guess I have to pay an extra $10 if I want it to fit. Fine. Get the new tray and it's the exact same width as the original ones. I let them know, and they want another $10 for even larger trays. Will not refund me for something that doesn't work. Will not continue with them.

I originally ordered aligners, my son had dental work, and they no longer would fit. I already paid $2000, originally and now had to pay an additional $500 for retainers, that I am really hoping work to fix his teeth. Meanwhile the order went to the wrong address in a different state, and I was told that it was the wrong tracking number. I just received an email that the package is being sent back to sender, and my package is still out there somewhere. I would not recommend to anyone, as I am still waiting for both sets of aligners for both my kids, and it has drug on for several months!!

terrible company. Awful support. First 4 sets of aligners already fit my teeth. Final aligner doesn't look any different than the rest. DO NOT BUY. if you do chargeback asap.

Ordered in November it's May still no aligners. Do not order from this company. I never leave bad reviews but I hope other people see this so they don't order from them.
