Great product so far. Been using the aligners for almost a month and they feel great. There's a bit of discomfort the first day of a new stage but after that they're fine. I thought they'd be weird to have them in for so long (the day aligners are 22hrs a day) but you don't really notice them after a while. Will update this review with the results once my treatment is complete!

So far, I’ve received my impressions kit and had my online appointment to fit the moulds with Angel’s guidance and I’m excited for the next bit now! Angel was lovely, really clear at what I needed to do and talked me through it concisely. The lead time of 3-5 weeks to see what my new smile would be like is a bit longer than I was expecting as it’s also another 3-5 weeks for the first set of braces after you approve the smile. Cost wise, I think they’re competitive and the information I’ve had via email has been well written and professional. I just want to hurry up and get started now!

Great company. The time period is about 2.5 - 3 months and so far so good. Even my dentist said these are ok to use since they’re approved by FDA and in Canada. I noticed some reviews provided a bad review due to not reading the terms, and/or not wearing aligners as instructed. Keep in mind these are not “magic” aligners 😅 there are instructions that need to be followed, and NewSmile has a guarantee, (but instructions need to be followed for the guarantee to work). Unsure if I’m just more compliant than others but that makes sense to me. Happy with everything so far!

I have been using new smiles aligners for approximately six months and I’m very happy with the progress so far. I wear the nighttime retainers 10 hours at night.
