Lou has been doing a superb job with the 1 and 1 videos. I had to greatly upsize my trays in order for all my teeth to be captured for the impressions. I wish it was faster with how the company sends the trays but Lou was very patient with ensuring I got the right tray that comfortably registered all teeth. I was also able to do the actual impressions with her, which was very commendable so you will not have to do it on your own! She inspected the impressions and graded them which gave me the confidence in mailing them to their offices. I patiently awaiting tbe practice trays and them the actual trays to complete my treatment 😊

Ivy was really patient
Ivy was really patient and knowledgeable while helping my teenage daughter get her impressions done. Thanks, Ivy! The kit itself needs to have better practice instructions.
