I'm currently at the early stage of the process where I've received mouth impression trays, completed the 1 to 1 session and just sent the impressions to await the results. Ivy from PH was very supportive and gave clear instructions throughout the process, she even ordered me different sized mouth trays which resulted in better mouth impressions. Ivy is an excellent member of the New Smile team and I look forward to my impression results.
