My experience with NewSmile has definitely been one of the best experiences I’ve have considering I’ve dealt with other aligner companies. Julie has answered any questions or concerns I needed and walk me through the whole process, which I really loved. I would definitely give this company a 10 stars if I can. 🥰🥰🥰

Great Customer Service
Everyone at NewSmile is so helpful and friendly. A real representative checks in with you every 2 weeks to make sure your aligners fit. Especially James! He is always checking in to make sure my experience is going good.

James has gone above and beyond with his help with my progress. I thought the bi-weekly updates would be largely automated responses. It's not the case.
