So far so good
I am now in my 4th tray and so far so good. I have received timely responses to my questions and have received the help I needed to process this experience. Make sure you send your photos every 2 weeks, just be on the lookout for their emails. What I have noticed is sometimes I get the same email twice, but that's better than not at all. Happy I chose New Smile!!

I was asking questions about the price
I was asking questions about the daily aligners, and I got plenty of help I needed. Maddy was super helpful, and very nice. I'm thinking of ordering the aligners.

excellent service
lou is very nice and very helpful she explains everything clearly she talks in a really calming way I was nervous before starting but right after she started explaining steps to me so well I forgot that I was even nervous in the first place great experience thank you lou
