Elizabeth who chatted with me was helpful. I just wish there could be more proactive instructions on what to expect and what to do next not that I had to reach out to figure out what to do and what to expect. Now I need to provide feedback on the trial aligned, how do and where do I provide feedback?

The team at newsmile are very understanding and helpful of what I need. Joanna was particularly helpful. The only real problem I have is that the impression kit itself is rather hard to use.

I received my impression kit rather quickly, and since I already had aligners before I was able to make these new ones fairly easily. A little disappointed they were lost and I will have to wait for a new impression kit and probably won't receive my aligners in time to work before my Goddaughters wedding in September 2025. I would like to thank Joanna for reaching out and for her kind words!

Joanna was very helpful and made sure to repeat all information more than once. She also asked if I had other questions, which I did, and then answered it very well, too.

I used new smile aligners to straighten out my teeth. Everything worked as planned and I like how the results look. I'm still using their retainers to keep things in alignment for the long haul. Customer service has been available and helpful when needed.

Mish has been responsive and attentive. I’ve ran into a few delays that caused frustration but he has reassured me along the process that things would arrive and be done.

UPDATE: I received a call notifying that i was sent a replacement kit by mistake instead of a first-time impression kit. I've spoken to two reps since leaving the rreview below who've both been kind and have made an effort to make this right. Satisfied with the service I received and will update this review moving forward. This business is very shady. Prior to placing an order, I received prompt responses. I've since ordered an impression kit and was expecting (as advertised and listed on their website) a box with all included items. Instead, I got a plastic bag with trays and puddy. No instructions, no spacers to take photos - just trays and puddy loosely in a bag with a shipping label on it. This is false advertising and not at all what they claim on their website. They're now telling me I don't qualify for a refund, even when they sent me this rubbish...i live in canada - avoid this place! Reporting to credit card company.

At first I did have a bit of trouble trying to get hold of someone to help but afterwards Angelique helped alot. But Loyd was very patient and really quick at replying heping me to understand the process better so thank you.
