Even though I had a bit of a rocky start, I reached out and Mish was quick to respond and help me! Initially I had a issue with receiving my impression kit, but that is no fault of theirs, just living rurally always throws a wrench in things. Then to my own negligence I messed up my impressions (my lack of reading the instructions carefully, whoops!). Mish was able to help me get a second impression kit sent out, with proper trays and extras for practice! So far my experience has been spectacular, and all thanks to Mish! Im excited to experience the rest of this journey, to hopefully beautiful straight teeth!
