great Customer Service
This is related only to the customer service at New Smile. I found the customer service with Marion and Justin professional, quick, accurate and very easy to deal with. Top notch! I just wish that their manufacturing operation side could have gotten my retainers to me in under eight weeks.

I thought my automatic retainer order…
I thought my automatic retainer order was lost or forgotten, but Elizabeth informed me that it does that 5-6 weeks after the other was placed for it to be made and sent. I just received the email that my retainer was being shipped yesterday. Thanks!

New Smile helped me get rid of a gap in…
New Smile helped me get rid of a gap in my front teeth, and straighten my teeth better. There are now gaps further back on each side, but they aren't as noticeable. I wish they weren't there, but New Smile said it isn't always attainable. They state they'll make at least an 85% improvement, and they said they had in my case. I ordered retainers. It was $119 for the first one and $99 every 6 months after that. It stated that you could stop or skip at anytime. I recently asked to skip receiving a retainer this time. Elizabeth quickly took care of that for me. This is an affordable way to get a nice smile.

The ordering process was smooth and there aren't any hidden gimmicks. The impressions were a tad hard to get right, but being able to practice before hand helped. Gabe was the person helping me with getting my impressions correct and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10

If at first you don’t succeed…have Gabe help you!!
I’ve been trying to make successful impressions for several months and kept missing the mark. I had a good fortune of being connected with Gabe, one of your impression specialist. He patiently walked me through the process, suggested different trays and sent me several sets of putty until I got it right. I finally submitted my impressions and I’m looking forward to my New Smile.
