Great customer service.
Sofia is great at communicating and providing information. She has answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. The process does take a bit longer than anticipated though. Overall, so far, I would recommend.

Everything is great till now
Everything is great till now. Easy, convenient, and good customer service. Specially Sofia who helped me through my queries. However, the 3-5 week timeframe is a bit long. Apart from it everything was good

Lost Package
Unfortunately my impressions got lost on the way back to NewSmile but Aaron was very helpful and sent me a new impression kit for free!

Very helpful!
It was a little rough getting the impressions done but the team has been more than helpful with alternatives 3-D scans! Also helping and reimbursing me for any extra costs! Marion has been an absolute pleasure to work with!

Great product, great value
Great product for great value. Saved so much money by going this route and my teeth are perfect. Sometimes it is a bit frustrating to have to deal with customer service, however, Elizabeth was extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Recommend for anyone who wants straighter teeth for less money
There was some confusion at first since I had 2 separate orders, but Mish helped me get everything worked out. I definitely recommend Newsmile to anyone who wants straighter teeth for less money.

The trial aligners fit almost…
The trial aligners fit almost perfectly. There is no pain or discomfort. They just dont cover my entire teeth in the front, however that may be due to my crooked front teeth -Justin is very responsive and helpful
