I wonder why the company just answer the 4/5 stars messages… no answer for all those who are waiting for answers or money back. Very suspicious and not professional at all.

Do not use this company! They take your money but do not deliver the service! I sent countless emails, phone calls and nothing! Still being charged for a service I didn’t receive they are robbers

The worst please check partly contract before you know what you're getting into I ended up paying for no service I didn't receive any treatment And looks like I have to pay Will try to recover my money via Amex Be extremely careful do not buy from them Customer service is the worse as well

All was going well until I reached my final stage. Despite my treatment preview looking spot on, my teeth haven't reached those results. The main reason for opting for this treatment was to push back a crooked tooth that stuck out. The retainer actually shows my front tooth sticking out which I didn't notice until I came to use it yesterday. I have been following the treatment 100%. There was great communication at the start, the aligners took 5 weeks or so to arrive which was a downfall. I pay via a monthly DD, so Newsmile only send half of your treatment, and then the other batch once you have reached half way. (Another 3 weeks wait) Anyway, I emailed Newsmile 2 weeks ago to raise my concern, and finally received a reply today. The said that they can confirm I need additional aligners and refinement at an extra cost of £399!! Why should I be made to pay this? My finally stage and retainer fit perfectly, so this is a clear indication that it's the alignment not been modified correctly. I'm not very happy.

They make the refund process very difficult. I signed up with the understanding that if I wasn't happy with the proposed treatment plan, I could easily cancel and I'd just be out the price of my impressions. This hasn't been the case at all. The proposed treatment plan wasn't what I wanted - my teeth are pretty squint and they weren't able to fully correct. Fine, but trying to cancel has proved very difficult. They wouldn't call to discuss when they said they would and have been slow and evasive over email. When I finally got them to accept my cancellation they have said it will take 90 days to process. Ridiculous. All the while they are still taking money every month. Over half a year since I signed up and they have taken hundreds of pounds and I'm still waiting on my refund. Their product might be good, I don't know, but please don't sign up for the full treatment until you have seen your treatment plan. I feel like I have been scammed and not confident I'll get my money back. At best, they're just trying to get as much money out of me as possible. Update: the 90 days to "review" my refund has now been exceeded and still no response from New Smile. Please don't use this company.

After going through the motions of getting an impression, the 3D image they suggested to me would make my teeth stick out MORE. They proposed to push my front teeth forward to line up with my two buck teeth that stick out. I explained that that would make the situation worse and they said that I could pay a lot more to have more intensive treatment or this. I couldn’t afford more money and did NOT want all my teeth practically horizontally sticking out my mouth. I asked for a refund. They kept hundreds of pounds- nearly £400 and I had to wait months for the money to come through. If you get a good impression and they can straighten your teeth I’m sure they are a good company but from the initial meeting they suggested that they could straighten my teeth but who would want to accentuate the teeth that protrude? They already push against my lips, if all of them were like this they would stick out through my lips and eating would be hard. I can’t believe they kept so much of my money. I don’t have much money I work in the charity sector as a youth worker and there’s a cost of living crisis. I feel like a mug and would NOTA RECOMMEND.

Please be wary of fake 5 star reviews. Thought I would give newsmile a try as frankly, it’s one of the cheapest options for treatment/retainers. I took pictures of my teeth as requested and received a standard response saying that I would be eligible for treatment. Got the impressions kit very quickly but received multiple emails asking me to book an online session within 5 days though there were no appointments available for over 10 days. Not a problem though as I Whattsapped the chat and was given a quicker appointment. During the appointment I was told that the impression trays were not big enough for my upper jaw. I was promptly sent the bigger trays. Couldn’t get an appointment for over a week but I didn’t mind waiting. During the second appointment I was told my upper jaw was too big for their biggest trays and so was offered a scan at a clinic. They don’t have a big presence in the UK so the only clinic I could go to is 5 hours away and the cost of the scan is £150. If accepted for treatment after the scan you will get £75 back. I justified this to myself - scan will be more accurate, I’ll be paying £75 plus £50 in fuel to get there but it will all be better than the putty. So I went for the scan, a week later I receive an email telling me I have calculus(plaque) that needs to removed before treatment can commence and that I’d need to have another scan. I replied to say that I’d happy visit a hygienist get the plaque removed but would not be travelling another 5 hours at a cost of £50 and paying for another scan at a cost of £150. If I had been told to get plaque removed or to visit a hygienist before the scan I would’ve done. I had no idea I had plaque or that it would stop me getting my treatment plan. I have asked if they can give me any other options apart from the above. What if I see the hygienist, go for another scan and find out that they missed a bit of plaque. Would I be expected to travel another 5 hours and pay another £150? I was then told that I might be able to get a scan more locally to myself. I found this quite annoying as I had traveled 5 hours previously and frankly I’m not prepared to keep paying out for scans in the event that I might be accepted for treatment. I asked that their dental team look at my previous scan to see if their retainers would work for me. I received an email back two weeks later telling me I would need ‘shaving’ and ‘expansion’ at a local dentist to get good results. So I’d not only be paying over £1000 for the retainers, I’d have to pay out around £1000 at my local dentist to get acceptable results. I have now asked for my treatment to be cancelled as it has become too complicated and expensive and after researching a bit more, I’ve found that you may need to wear the retainers for life to stop the teeth moving back to their original positions. I’ve been told that it will take three months for my order to be cancelled. Just be careful what you’re getting yourself into. If your teeth are not standard/have an easy treatment plan go for a company with a bigger UK presence or look at something more long term like braces. All this can be 100% verified.

Avoid at all costs I ignored the reviews big mistake!! At first communication was amazing however issues soon appeared! Demanding new molds at an extra cost I’d already sent mine off that took 3 weeks to do! Then expecting me to travel almost 4 hours to see an orthodontist! Impossible for me having 3 children 2 with additional needs. This was also an extra cost of £130. I’ve sent 3 emails, 3 WhatsApps, contacted them on Facebook no reply! I’m now £400 down so far and can’t cancel my direct debit with them as it’s through a payment system! Big big mistake! Pay the extra and go elsewhere actually robbers taking money for noting ! I’ve explained I can’t travel 4 hours with disabled children, I’ve told them I’m not happy pay for a new impression kit £70 and not happy to pay another £130 to see a orthodontist when I was never told this at the start! My friend went with them the same time I did conventionally has also been told her molds are to small and she needs to do more
