I am 100% positive that I ordered night aligners because wearing day aligners for 22 hours a day is simply not an option for me. 2 months in, and a find out I have day aligners and I can’t get a straight answer as to whether wearing those at night for a longer period of time will work to straighten my teeth. You really do get what you pay for – Definitely do not recommend.

I placed an order and paid for retainers, sent my impressions back -and now they have not answered any emails. It’s been 3 weeks since I sent back my impressions. Paid for my retainers 5 weeks ago *****EDITED: I did email that email- and no response!

This company is a complete scam. I sent photos of my teeth and explained that I have an upper front implant, yet they replied that I was a "perfect candidate" for NewSmile aligners. I placed my order on January 13th, and they sent me impression trays that were too small. After requesting larger ones, the replacements were still too small. Eventually, they asked me to send a scan of my teeth. Before doing that, I consulted with an orthodontist, who informed me that aligners wouldn’t work for my upper teeth due to the risk of damaging my implant. I requested a refund on May 7th, which was well within their five-month cancellation period. However, their refund team didn't respond until July 9th, and after another three months, they declined my refund request, claiming I had missed the "five-month cancellation period." This is absurd! Avoid this company at all costs!

Update as of 16/11 - upon returning my impressions I had to pay for postage as the return label did not work. After waiting for the impressions to be reviewed I was told more were required. No feedback was given until I asked and then it was limited. Communication with the company is impossible. They answer one sentence at a time with delays of at least 24 hours in between. I have no trust that if I do the impressions again they will be accepted, especially as I did the first set with supervision. So I have asked for a refund in full. Let’s see if that happens!

I need to complain about the treatment I received from NewSmile ...I received the moulds to start the process .. but didn't use them and cancelled the subscription ...I asked for a full refund...to be sent back to Affirm was the full amount $1648.00 sent to NewSmile ..the refund sent back to Affirm from NewSmile was $1242.84...I didn't realize getting the moulds was so expensive since the difference is $405.16...I didn't send the moulds back,so no more work was done by them....I have documentation ...thanks Cheryl

Edited: continual delays and lack of communication have caused me to update my review. I still have not received a satisfactory resolution and would not recommend this service. Original: Lou was great at communicating what was required of the impression session. On a whole being online is difficult though. Would have been better if there was an in-person practice where the impressions could be more accurately captured. There have been issues with the shipping as well, some delays and the replacement kit not being sent with a return shipping label. The time zone different to Australia is also difficult, meaning I either had to stay up really late or wake up really early.

This company is a SCAM. They started taking my money March 10. I STILL have no product. They refuse to give me a refund. They never answer the phone. They ignore emails. They hide social media comments so they can trick other consumers.
