I’m an experienced investor who has always used banks for financing. When I decided to try hard money lenders, I was very apprehensive. James and Brittany were awesome. I’ll probably never use a Bank again. Although the fees and cost of the money might be higher, to me, it’s worth it. Again, James and Brittany were awesome. Always getting back to me and holding my hand through everything. You still have to go through Underwriting but it just seemed easier. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and the team helping me refinance to a fixed 30 yr loan, was very accessible. I was able to refinance a condo that my bank, and preferred conventional loan lender couldn’t with New Silver. Strongly recommend.

The process was fast and easy. No red tape. The team got me from application to closing in under 30 days the only hold up was myself.
